1. General Disclaimer

Christina Cooper is a qualified and insured Cognitive Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, Accredited Coach and a qualified Music Professional, but not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, or counsellor.
All hypnosis and coaching services are designed to support personal development and performance enhancement, not to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition.

While hypnotherapy is a recognised therapeutic discipline, nothing shared in any session, publication, programme, or communication should be considered a substitute for medical or psychological advice or treatment.
If you are experiencing severe mental health issues, have been diagnosed with epilepsy, or are under medical supervision, please consult your GP or a licensed healthcare professional before beginning any hypnotherapy or self-hypnosis programme.

All content — including audio downloads, written material, exercises, online tools and live sessions — is provided in good faith for educational and personal development purposes only.

No guarantee of results or “cure” is made or implied. You are ultimately responsible for your own progress, effort, and the changes you make.

2. Professional Conduct and Standards

Christina Cooper is a registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH).

Clients and students have access to the NCH’s complaints and disciplinary procedures at any time by contacting:

I uphold professional ethics, confidentiality, and duty of care in all services provided.

3. Private and Group Programme Terms

Private Hypnotherapy

  • The agreement to work on the issues presented by the Client in no way guarantees a cure. You (the Client) are ultimately responsible for the changes you make and the effort you invest in making that happen with my help.

  • Confidentiality will be maintained in all but the most exceptional circumstances. These can only include: legal action (criminal or civil court cases where a court order is made demanding disclosure - includes coroners courts) and where there is good cause to believe that not to disclose would cause danger of serious harm to self or others. Most standards of confidentiality applied in professional contexts are based on the Common Law concept of confidentiality where the duty to keep confidence is measured against the concept of "greater” good. The sharing of anonymous case histories with supervisors and peer-support groups is not a breach of professional confidentiality. The sharing of open case histories with supervisors and any referring NHS medical practitioner is also not a breach.

  • The Client can be assured that any identifying personal details will not leave my case notes.

  • Notes of the sessions will be kept for up to 7 years, after which they will be destroyed. Copies are available to the Client with reasonable notice.

  • Recordings of each session are made with prior verbal permission from you (the Client), and solely for my own private use. Recordings will be kept for up to 7 years, after which they will be deleted. A copy may be made available to the Client if requested.

Group Programme and Live Workshops

  • Recordings of each live group session are made with implicit consent, and exclusively for enrolled participants only. A copy may be made available to enrolled participants following each live session for personal use only. Recordings will be stored digitally for up to 7 years, after which they will be deleted.

4. Safety Notice for Hypnosis Audio and Digital Tools

For your safety:

  • Never listen to hypnosis recordings or self-hypnosis audios while driving, operating machinery, or performing any activity that requires your full attention.

  • Ensure you are in a safe, comfortable environment when using hypnosis recordings.

  • Results and experiences may vary depending on individual engagement, mindset, and readiness for change.

5. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

All content shared within my programmes, workshops, website, book, publications, and digital downloads — including videos, audios, scripts, exercises, methodology, and written materials — remains the intellectual property of Christina Cooper.

You may use these materials for your personal development only.

You must not reproduce, share, sell, distribute, or publicly perform any part of the content without written permission.

Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is a breach of copyright and may result in legal action.
